This street party was held annually starting in 1976 outside no.21 Chester Street. Most in attendance are residents of Chester Street. The party goers are shown enjoying a meal or a drink, standing or sitting on folding chairs on the verge of Chester Street.
Max Folland and Noel Rosum are seated against a picket fence.
Reverse: 'Max Folland (23 Chester St) and Noel Rosum. Noel Rosum (7 Chester St). Noel Rosum died in 1990 aged 64. He had lived all his life at 7 Chester Street, Subiaco.'
