The plaque reads:
'Kitchener Park Bowling Club 1908-1929
Members desir this shall stand as a permanent
record of their appreciation of services rendered
to the Club during the past ten years by the
President George H Olney Esq during whose term
of office these premises were completed and
officially opened on the 1st November 1929. To
Commemorate the Twenty-first Anniversary of the
Club and Centenary Year
also
his election as President of the West Australian
Bowling Association during W.A. Centenary.'
