A midwife, or nurse, is seen sitting at a table on the back of the float, large storks are seen either side. A scale for weighing babies is seen on the table in front of the healthcare worker, with what is likely a doll placed on top. A bassinet with netting over is seen at the opposite end of the float. Signs read:
