Property of MG (Mason) and HI (Heather) Siviour, Redhill, South Australia, Australia

Overview

Bald hills adjoining the gulf are strong water shedding country. Between them and this site are the road and rail which confine water movement through culverts. The paddock is very flat so the flood water spreads out uncontrolled. Planning will pick up the water and store it in a series of 3 or 4 level banks. The main problem is too many owners of small blocks to plan a system to the river!
