Plan shows the estate lots between the Railway Line, Railway Road, Nicholson Road, Herbert Road.

Historical information

These two plans of Redfern Estate were advertisements for WE Smith of Sydney. The lots were located between the railway line, Railway Road, Heytesbury Road and Derby Road.
Terms for purchasing included £2 deposit for 1 Lot or £4 deposit for 3 lots with a 5 percent discount allowed for cash sales. The prices for the lots are listed under the Price List with prices ranging from £10 to £20 per lot.
