Whittington Interceptor Sustainable Agriculture Land Treatment Society Incorporated

Overview

One of the first dams in New South Wales not to be constructed in the valley floor. The dam is on a level interceptor bank which is designed to over load at a safe disposal point 1 kilometre away. Most ridges have a shallow rock base. The divining rod is useful in defining the dam site.
