On the back is an ink stamp identification: PMG's Department Engineers' Branch, GPO, Perth, WA. Neg No 1330/F, 1951.
Bert Congdon, father of Thelma Green nee Congdon, worked at the GPO and the Green bequest deals with his career in the postal service and with the Subiaco Radio Society.
