Comments: This is a 200 acre retirement block Peter is looking at. The depth of sand varies between 15 to 40 centimetres with a constant 15 centimetres of gravel then good clay. The general drainage is to the south east of Dunns Swamp.

Review comments: The plan is well done and from the information it should relieve the problem. This work will have to be done with a bulldozer.
