We think bank should extend across swamp so that bank water does not enter swamp. Bank should be pushed up from swamp side and a 1 foot pipe through bank with flap on north end to allow swamp water to escape but prevent bank water entering — advice please. (D) We have made this a grade bank 10 vertical feet above the other.
