It reads, in part, "FOR REMOVING NICKEL and PREVENTING NICKELLING [...] "MOTTY" RIFLE PASTE."
Fouling occurs when a firearm is discharged leaving remnants of powder and nickel in the barrel. This is removed to improve the accuracy of the rifle after approximately 12 shots are fired. Previous catalogue number: 92/59
