Overview

Image: Black and white photograph in plain silver coloured frame, of three men bowling. One man in white long trousers and T-shirt, white bowling shoes and white hat with black band is standing in the foreground with a bowling ball in his hand. A second bowler in white shorts, shirt, hat, long white socks, white shirt a little further from the came and & a third man in bowling clothes at the end of the green. Several black bowling balls are around the first bowler. Along the road beyond the bowling green fence are a few parked cars and the houses across the road are partially hidden by trees. There is a flagpole near the fence with the Australian flag fluttering from it. Overhead above the green are electricity wires with lights attached - suitable for night bowling. The photograph is part of the large Bicentennial Collection(1988) Ref.
