Overview

Black and white photograph of a house at 52 Churchill Avenue. The house is white. It has a pitched gable roof. There is a finial fixed to the top of the roof. There is a circular ventilation vent on the wall beneath the finial. There is a bull nosed verandah with a tin roof. There is a wooden decorative framework attached beneath the roof. Parts of the house, including the decorative framework and the finial, are painted in a darker colour. There is a sign attached beneath the framework reading 'Dr. JON SAINKEN'. The number '52' is seen on a sign attached beneath the framework on each side of the sign with the name. There is a post box attached to a wooden post in front of the house with the number '52' in white. There are bushes and trees to the right in the image partially covering the house.
