On dial "FLOYD / MELBOURNE AUSTRALIA / FREON 12 / LB PER SQ IN / S15549" with small yellow adhesive label tih "FSR001" on glass. On back is a small turquoise, white and red adhesive label with "ADI / CALIBARTED / Refer to report / Ref. 68I/43 / Cal. Date 17.10.97 / Due Date 17.10.98 / Operator"
HMAS Perth (II) was decommissioned in October 1999 and gifted to the City of Albany for a recreational dive wreck; being scuttled on 24 November 2001. Prior to the scuttling, the City removed objects as part of preparing an ‘on-shore’ interpretive centre as per the agreement conditions by the State Government of Western Australia.
