2009Mr Lennon discussed the original playing grounds of the Gosnells Cricket Club and how Sutherland Park came to be acquired for its use. He mentions people involved in the establishment of Sutherlands Park and the prominent people involved in the Gosnells Cricket Club. He also detailed the changes seen over the years and how the club has developed in the form of additions to the clubrooms, and to the ground to meet WACA (Western Australian Cricket Association) requirements. Peter mentioned the role of the wives of club members involved in scoring and providing the famous afternoon teas, as well as the general family atmosphere at the club.
