Image: A black and white photograph of the 'Fallen Soldiers Sanctuary' at St Hugh's Church of England. Two tall candles in candelabras are seen at either side of the altar, with a cross at the centre of the apse. Three grape and leaf motifs adorn the altar rail below a vaulted arch made of brick.
A label beneath the photo reads: 'This ''Fallen Soldiers Sanctuary'' is the front section of St.Hugh's Church of England in Peel Street. The sanctuary was built by Mr Frank Crockett, who also designed the ornate alter rail.'
