Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by JD (Jim) McGregor. Comments: Farmer's objective is to gain control of the water from the neighbour's flat and to take the water safely into the creek flowing out the south east boundary. There is very little fall through the treed part of the valley. An erosion gully has formed in deep sand below the trees. Bank 'A' surrounds the upper end of the flat. The north part has been surveyed on the throughflow barriers. There is very little fall along the boundary until it comes through the fence (surveyed on the throughflow). The last 270 metres has a fall of approximately 1.2 metres then proceeds through paper barks into main drain. Grade 'B' flows into an existing drain. The outflow 'C' from the drain in the creek line I have taken down the ridge. The fall over the 390 metres is 1.35 metres then 30 metres level.
