Property of LG (Laurie) and PE (Pat) Adamson, 'Sunny Brae', Dangin, Western Australia, Australia - 025

Overview

The thinned out second sowing resulted in an 80% strike of salt bush. The tamarisk planted along the road in 1972 to stop the salt coming under the road is now dying because the area is too dry. All the throughflow channels in this early trial area have been sealed. This image is part of the WISALTS (Whittington Interceptor Sustainable Agriculture Land Treatment Society Incorporated) Collection.
