They are both wearing a short sleeved white dress coming down to their knees, with white closed shoes and long white socks. Myrle is wearing a pair of glasses with a round, dark frame. What appears to be a wooden fence is behind the vegetation behind them.

Reverse: Handwritten in black pen 'MYRLE FRAYNE', 'THELMA CONGDON', 'GLOSTER ST SUBIACO'. Stamped on the back with a purple oval stamp reading 'PARK'S PHOTO PERTH' and a number '179' in black.
