Overview

The artwork is a vibrant acrylic painting depicting three large stylised ants and a procession of smaller ants moving through a field of native flowers and foliage, rendered in bold black outlines and bright colours. Warm orange and yellow patterned backgrounds are contrasted with turquoise, pink, red and lilac botanical forms, creating a lively composition rich in movement, detail and decorative patterning.
