Carved womens head bonnet ruffled collar no mouth piece Brown cardboard case hinge broken
Pipe belonged to William Gerald Woolgar who on 15th Nov. 1924 as chairman of the Merredin Road Board laid the foundation stone for the brick frontage including a clock tower which is a memorialto local men killed in the 1914 -1918 war. The extensions included Road Board Offices & Boardroom .The new part of the Hall was opened on20th May 1925 by Mr. Harry Griffiths MLA .Unfortunately W.G.Woolgar died 2 months before the opening
