Poster announcing the change of name from Municipality of Helena Vale to Municipality of Midland Junction. The original poster was printed in 1901. This reproduction is in a carved wooden frame.

Historical information

This is a reproduction, the original was dated 13th April 1901. In 1895, the municipality of Helena Vale was proclaimed. The area, however, continued to be referred to as Midland Junction, so six years later the name was changed.
