Comments: Floodway is located on sunken section parallel to creek. Levee drain has also been constructed on sunken area. This work was recommended and planned by Les Lenane from the Department of Agriculture. I have picked water up and returned to true creek. Banks are on 2 to 1 centimetre grade. The area has 30 centimetres topsoil with throughflows to 1.5 metres. Distance between banks at creek is 500 metres. Shire has been informed via Malcolm Strahan — council representative.
