Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by WM (Mac) Forsyth.

Comments: Site "A" seepage area against road - lines A and B cut deep. Sand seam seeps to creek. Line C level overload reserve end could go to road if culvert found necessary. Line E overflows dam to reserve end - small line to south dam. No blocks. Plastic sheet may be necessary in lines A and B.
