Morawa, Western Australia, Australia - 001

1998
Overview

A site approximately twenty-five kilometres east of Morawa. The low scrub is still healthy in spite of the waterlogging. With time and co-operation if the water can be controlled before it is allowed to settled in low areas like this, it should be possible to take control of the water and divert it around and away from this and similar sunken areas and deliver it into the lake systems. This is not an isolated area, there are others that may be controlled in a similar manner and have been controlled in other parts of the state.
