Overview

Black and white photograph of a group of ladies, and some children. Four women are seen standing, five are seated on chairs, and five children are seen seated on the ground. The group is gathered in an outdoor space.
Reverse: Written in ink: 'Junior Guild ?47 Mesdames: Chandler, McKay Smith Thomas Howe, Wood and d, Leslie, Jamieson and Britten Jenifer Smith John & Robin Woodland Margaret Howe and Joyce Thomas'.

Historical information

Album of photographs brown plastic with 'gold' border design and non archival plastic inserts. Album to be replaced. Label on album 'Pictorial record 1924-1979'. Removed from original album and placed in archival album April 2005.
Records split in 2024 and assigned individual numbers.
Derby Road Corner - Note from Album 'Old Church was Erected 1917, Present Church 1932. The vacant block beyond the old building was later sold to assist with finance for the hall erected in 1962'.
