Image: Black and white photograph showing cleared land, with light industrial buildings in the background. There are also lemon trees with black fences enclosing them in the middleground with a road going past, and a newly planted jacaranda in the foreground. The jacaranda is supported by four stakes. Also prominant in the foreground is a black wrought iron fence.

Reverse: Written in blue ballpint pen is 'NEW DEVELOPMENT 29/6/97' and in pencil 'SONYA SEARS / BLUE FOLDER.' and '27'.
