Property of JE (John) and L (Lorraine) Dawson, 'Dawson Downs', Talbot Brook, Western Australia, Australia - 001

Overview

A series of banks to drop flood water down to the creek. The bank on the left is 3/4 full of water and is leaking out of the end in the topsoil over the hardpan which is indicated with flags and pencil mark. The bank is sealed but the water movement turns around behind the bank - not straight down the hill. This image is part of the WISALTS (Whittington Interceptor Sustainable Agriculture Land Treatment Society Incorporated) Collection.
