Comments: I have taken the bank down the boundary to take the water off the Yate flat where it normally builds up until it can get away through the culvert and across a much bigger flat to the west. So far only the main drain has been done along the boundary, the fall on that line, while there are a few flat spots on it, should be sufficient to move the water gently along.

Review Comments: A difficult situation. Problem is more severe than owner realises.
