SHEPHERD'S CROOK

Overview

Shepherd's Crook with Mallet wood handle.Belonged to Stanyford Spurling Cowcher who shepherded sheep between Pinjarra and the area west of Narrogin. He left home when he was fifteen years old and went shepherding sheep on his own, living a great deal off the bush. This crook was used in the 1880's
