Comments: Road is being badly affected by water. Proposal is to place plastic sheeting inside the farmer's fence both ways from the culvert. The plastic must go down onto the hardpan which varies in depth from 1 metre to 2.2 metres. A drain must be placed on the top side of the plastic for the full length of approximately 0.5 kilometre to direct water right to culvert. Particular care should be taken at culvert to ensure water does not go under culvert.
