Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by J (Jim) Sorgiovanni. Comments: Due to shortage of time I was unable to view all areas and throughflows. Most throughflows 6 to 8 feet deep. Propose rework top bank, construct another bank between top and second banks. Seal all throughflows on top bank and proposed bank as well as others marked. Did not have time to check distance between banks, but should be close enough to prevent waterlogging. Possibly 2.5 to 3 metres.
