BROOCH: WINDMILL AND CLOGS

Overview

Round white plastic rim with a design of eight blue tulips around it and an indented central circle with a scene of a windmill, trees and birds. The whole has the appearance of a plate. Attached with a fine metal chain are two clogs each with a windmill at the front.
