Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by F (Frank) Goater. Comments: Farmer agreed to pay for bank into neighbours paddock as neighbour is not prepared to accept WISALTS as yet. Approximately 1500 metres of grade bank with 2 centimetres in 30 metres fall. The waterway needs to be opened up as it spreads out before it goes under road.
