Mr Ken Colbung described this painting in an interview with Margaret Holroyd on March 28, 1988, "Here we are with both feet on the ground and now we have only one, but we are still hear in peace; we've laid down our kylie and shield, our protection. The area up the waterway of the swan, Beelup, the snake, is name Derbarl Yerrigan."
