In foreground two men are sitting on plastic chairs at a table under an umbrella with an advertisement for 'Streets'. Two wooden jetties can be seen. Beyond the jetties are moored boats and yachts and buildings of Royal Perth Yacht Club. Several boats are on the beach near the boat launching ramp. There are a number of people on the beach and in the water.
