The sepia photograph taken inside (old) Parliament House features representatives from State and Federal governments, including the Hon. H. Daglish, Premier of Western Australia. The men are grouped in three rows, the first seated, the second standing, and the third row standing on some structure to give elevation. The men are wearing suits with watch chains across their waistcoats. Most carry hats and/or umbrellas and some are carrying a soft-covered book rolled up.
