1984Summary: Born in 1903, Vera moved to 47 Rosebury Street in 1910. In this interview she recalls Catherine Street, Shenton Park, Dance Halls, 'The Shelter Shed', Regal Picture Theatre and Gardens and 1927 West Subiaco. She also discusses Montief's House and factory, Grundonan airstrip, Lime Kilns, Methodist Church and clubs, Emu and West Subiaco buses, home medicine, influenza epidemic, diptheria hospital, Coolgardie Street, her first car, trams, and the Hiawatha Club.
