This olive oil cork glass bottle commemorates 150 years of service to the people of Western Australia by the Sisters of Mercy. According to the label mentioned on the back of the glass bottle - "The Sisters continued to make olive oil under the St Joseph's Orphanage label for many years winning numerous Perth Royal Show prizes and achieving a reputation as one of the Western Australia's finest producers".

Made in August, 1996 from Spanish olive trees growing at the Catherine McAuley Centre, Wembley, Western Australia.
