Surveyor's Report on WISALTS Soil Conservation System created by P (Phil) Mincherton.

Comments: (1) and (2) Seal south ends at ground level. (4) Break on york gum, make sure they overlap. Seal south end of breaks to ground level only. (3) Machinery flyover 80 feet and construct reasonably high. (3) and (4) Lay down 20 feet either side of fence. Block level banks every 100 metres or on soil type.
