1952Overview
Image: A black and white photograph of the Princess Margaret float, and two others, as they make their way down Rokeby Road, as part of the parade celebrating Subiaco becoming a city. The photograph appears to have been taken from the roof of the Regal Theatre. Crowds of people can be seen lining the street as well as on balconies overlooking the road. Flags and Bunting adorn the Subiaco Hotel, as well as other businesses.
