1936A black and white image of the main Mill Street entrance doors to the W.A. Worsted & Woollen Mills Ltd (Albany) on the opening of new mill extensions by Mrs Kennedy, March 1936. The photographer is just on the edge of the crowd, facing almost due north towards Vancouver Street. A large crowd is gathered both in and outside the mill, listening to an address being made from the shadows of the mill interior.
