Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by F (Frank) Goater.

Comments: Clay is at 40 centimetres and in some cases it is close to surface. Farmer has wet areas in paddock. The land has been cleared for 20 years. I believe the true interceptors will hold water on slopes. In future he will put more in.
