Historical information

Past President of Myola Club Inc, 6 Stirling Road, Claremont, from 1938 - 1941. Mrs Farmaner Joined the Claremont branch of the Red Cross Society in 1939 and was branch president from 1947 - 1962. She was officer in charge of the Prisoners' of War shop and tearooms during the second world war. She was awarded an honorary life membership of the Red Cross in 1952 on the occasion of her Golden Jubilee. Married George Fred Farmaner in 1900.
