1985Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by PJ (Peter) Kerin.
Comments: Bank (A) all clay good 20 centimetres - may be some floating rocks near heaps. Note spoon drain near dam to direct water into dam. Bank (B) all clay 30 centimetres except area above salt scald - this is deeper and rock at bottom - have dropped line to compensate. Bank (C) all clay 20 to 30 centimetres. Block prior to outlet then direct excess water to creek. Bank (D) has poor sealing material and rock therefore end of line dropped to keep water out of danger areas. Have not put blocks in as expected, movement of water may only wash them out at this stage. Will put in blocks when work installed above this scheme.
