Surveyors Report on WISALTS Conservation System created by I (Ian) Gilmour.

Comments: Hill consists of deep yellow sand to 12 feet. Objective - to recharge sandy hill. All banks level. Construction - 1 push to B Horizon, i.e. take out hardpan. Static zone will be left until all recharge areas have been controlled.
