The poster is used throughout the Museum for both visual effect and reference. In addition to battalion and unit colour patches, it contains statistics regarding casualties, enlistments, engagements, as well as portraits of Officers Commanding and Honours Awarded. A similar poster exists for the New Zealand Expeditionary Force.
