Roll of Honour for Mayor and Councillors 1909-1910

At the bottom are the words 'Subiaco Municipal Council 1909-10'. Names and titles of the Mayors and Councillors appear beneath the photographs. The Mayor is in the middle with the Health Inspector, Assistant Town Clerk, Accountant, Town Clerk and Electrical Engineer across the bottom.
