A slightly faded black and white photo of St. Stephen's Anglican Church, Toodyay, surrounded by flood water as is some of a picket fence and a metal entrance gate.
Some of Mt. Anderson is seen to the left of the church and the large tree, a flooded gum, to the right.
Note: no doors on the church porch yet.

Floods were reported in newspapers in 1953, but not in 1952, so suspect the correct date is 1953.
