Image: Thirteen men, Subiaco Municipal Councillors and one boy, seated in front of original Subiaco Council Chambers. All are wearing three-piece suits and are wearing hats. T.W.Hetherington seated third from right. Other names not known.
Hats on!!!!

Historical information

T.W Hetherington was on Council from 1897 to 1902 and the building they are sitting in front of (Muncipal Chambers) was opened in 1899, so this image would have been taken anywhere between 1899 and 1902.
